The Tiffin lady

Save the planet, daily. That's the motto, and it has been since 2012.

Tiffins 'N Things began in 2012 with a plan to offer alternatives to plastics being used in every day life. The little things add up: a tiffin instead of cling film, a wooden dish brush instead of a plastic sponge, a jar of sprouting seeds on the counter instead of a plastic clamshell.

Dena Reid has run the shop from day one, first from St Peters Harbour on Prince Edward Island, and now from downtown Moncton, New Brunswick. She is also known as the Tiffin lady, a name that has stuck for close to 14 years.

It's the little things that we can do daily to reduce, reuse and recycle our way to a healthier planet!
